Purpose and operator
Evey Hermes is a personal assistant integration operated by Justin Santistevan for his own use. This policy applies to that integration, not to every project on AI-Lab.
Google information accessed
With explicit Google OAuth authorization, the integration can read:
- Gmail messages and associated metadata.
- Calendar information and events.
- Drive file metadata and file contents.
- Google Docs contents.
Current permissions are read-only.
How information is used
Information is used to answer the operator's requests, summarize email and documents, review schedules, and provide personal assistance. Google account data is not published on this website.
AI processing and third parties
Relevant retrieved content may be included in prompts sent to the configured AI model provider to fulfill the operator's requests. Hermes is currently configured to use OpenAI through Codex. Provider processing and retention depend on the applicable account settings and provider terms.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored in the operator's local Hermes environment, not in this website, its public repository, or its Vercel deployment. Retrieved information may remain in local conversation history, generated files, or logs. This policy makes no claim about a deletion schedule, encryption guarantee, security certification, or exact provider retention period.
Limited use
Google data is not sold or used for advertising. It is not used by the operator to train general-purpose AI models.
Evey Hermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
The operator can revoke access through myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously saved local history or files. Locally stored credentials and retained outputs can be removed by the operator.
